Terms of Use
These Terms explain the basic rules for using Mirsah and its account, subscription, and cloud features.
Acceptance, eligibility, and your account
By creating a Mirsah account or using Mirsah, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to use the service and obtain any consent required by the laws that apply to you. An account is required. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity performed through your account.
The service, Free, and Pro
Mirsah is a New Tab bookmark organizer with Workspaces, Groups, search, Quick Save, personalization, Focus Mode, Privacy Lock, backup, and supported sync features. The Free plan provides core bookmark organization. Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks additional supported features. Current features and prices are shown in Mirsah and on the public website.
Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Mirsah Pro offers monthly and annual recurring subscriptions. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, payments, invoices, and subscription management. A paid subscription renews according to the billing period shown at checkout until it is canceled. Eligible verified accounts may receive one 30-day Pro trial. Trial eligibility is limited and a privacy-preserving anti-abuse record may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel from Mirsah → Account & Membership → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, and nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your data, content, and cloud sync
You keep your rights in the bookmarks, URLs, names, descriptions, settings, and other content you add to Mirsah. You give Mirsah permission to store and process that data only as needed to provide the features you use. When cloud sync is available and enabled, supported workspace data and settings may be stored with Firebase for sync and recovery. Some data remains local as explained in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to add content you place in Mirsah.
Acceptable use, suspension, and account deletion
Do not use Mirsah to break the law, harm others, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. Mirsah may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud or abuse prevention, legal obligations, or a material breach of these Terms, with notice when practical. You can delete your account from Mirsah. The deletion flow attempts to stop future subscription renewals and remove account and cloud data; local extension data may remain on your device until you remove it. Limited records may remain where described in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability and changes
Mirsah may receive updates, fixes, feature changes, or temporary interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, while respecting paid access periods and rights that apply under consumer law. Keep a local backup when your saved setup is important to you.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Mirsah’s software, branding, website, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not give Mirsah ownership of your bookmarks or other user content. Mirsah relies on third-party services such as browser stores, Google/Firebase, and Lemon Squeezy; their own terms and policies may apply when you use those services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Mirsah is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every browser, device, network, third-party service, sync operation, or stored item will always work without interruption or loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.
Changes to these Terms and contact
We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way when appropriate. If you have questions about these Terms, use the contact form or email support@devstar.studio.
